I did a quick search didnt see anything about the location of it? anyone know the trainer, or person to get the quest from for this skill and what city it is?

I got it from Warmaster Grast in Green Hills County in Pre-searing.

Hamstring's available for purchase from the trainer in Yak's Bend, which is the outpost just after Post-Searing Ascalon. You'll reach it by completing the Nolani Academy mission. It's the one Warrior skill there that I haven't seen on a quest yet.

Grast gives out Sever Artery in Pre-Searing. But I believe the original poster here made a mistake when filling out his thread title and was asking for Hamstring and not Sever.

Has anyone found a quest that gives it yet? It (Hamstring) and Phantom Pain are the only two skills Captain Osric in Yak's Bend offers to teach me . . . which makes me think I'm missing a quest somewhere around Ascalon that most likely gives me both.
